Join Our Committees! 

We're an all-volunteer group, and we really need your help.  If you have a few hours to spare each month, join one of our committees. It’s fun and you’ll meet great people, not to mention helping to turn CD 2 Blue for good!  See the list of committees below for what might be the best fit for you.  Send us an email specifying your interest and we’ll put you on the committee of your choice.  And thanks!

• Membership Committee: Are you organized and outgoing?  The Membership Committee recruits and welcomes new members and connects them with the volunteer opportunities which best match their interests and skills. • Data Committee: Are numbers and data your thing?  This committee is the basis of pretty much everything else.  It evaluates and recommends data sources for potential democrat leaning voters and analyzes demographics and other voter data to maximize engagement and turnout. • Fundraising Committee: Are you creative and enjoy people?  To achieve our goal – turning CD 2 blue in 2022, and defeating Yvette Herrell, we need to raise funds for advertising and promotional activities in the district. • Outreach/Coordination Committee: Do you like making connections with others?  This committee coordinates with likeminded groups, makes presentations about Blue CD2 NM and generally promotes us and our activities. Email us at bluecd2newmexico@gmail.com to join the committee.
  
  
• Messaging Committee: Are you a communicator? This committee is responsible for the messaging and communications going out from Blue CD2 to the district.  This includes messaging development, creation of artwork, content, advertising, video, print, social media, mailing and email campaigns, billboards, postcards, etc. Email us at bluecd2newmexico@gmail.com to join the committee.
  
  
• Postcard/Phone Banking/Text Banking Committee: Direct contact is the focus of our activities, and we plan postcard parties, phone banking and texting to democrat-leaning CD2 residents.
