Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
Blue CD2 New Mexico wants to help create a world where there is room for everyone, and each person is valuable and belongs. Our actions, from publicly endorsing New Mexico’s new social studies standards, to our embrace of the Race Class Narrative for messaging, to our Mescalero Apache-led postcard and billboard project, featuring the work and language of Native artists, to our anti-racism reading program supported by a grant from Indivisible, to our Young Artist program, inspired and co-led by artist-activist Yocelyn Riojas, have been pursued enthusiastically because they express our commitment to fostering cultural diversity, equity and inclusion in New Mexico.
